A transporting apparatus designed both for feeding full bobbins and discharging empty bobbins in a spooler with a disc support for the bobbins in which the part that moves the bobbins features a traction device that is horizontally operated in a single closed circuit used both for feeding and discharging the bobbins made up of a support base; said traction device is provided, along said circuit, with thrust means that move the discs making them rotate on a support base.
