PURPOSE:To convert the heat energy at a low temperature to the electrical energy efficiently. CONSTITUTION:Triethyleneglycol is reserved inside of a reservoir 10, and a salt group, which gives the ion conductivity, is added to the triethyleneglycol. In this triethyleneglycol, plural pairs of positive electrodes 12 and negative electrodes 13 are arranged alternately, and the positive electrode 12 is made of graphite or graphite mixture, and the negative electrode 13 is made of metal such as iron, copper, zinc, and the surface thereof is formed irregular to enlarge the surface area. When the air is blown to the triethyleneglycol inside of the reservoir 10 through an air hose 18, and heat is added from the outside simultaneously, a function as a kind of fuel cell for generating the electricity is obtained by burning the metal of the negative electrode 13 with the oxygen in the air, and the clean electrical energy can be obtained without discharging the carbon dioxide to the open field. |
