PURPOSE: A device for measuring density of developing solution of a wet type printer is provided to measure density of developing solution by forming an oil film of a predetermined thickness on the surface of a roller without restricting a width of a path, through which developing solution flows, even though developing solution is low in transmissivity. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring density of developing solution of a wet type printer includes a vessel(50) having an inlet(50a) and an outlet(50b), a roller(60) rotatably mounted in the vessel and having an oil film formed on the surface by developing solution flowing inside the vessel, a power source mounted on a rotating shaft(60a) of the roller for rotating the roller, a restriction blade(70) mounted at a side of the vessel in separation from the surface of the roller for restricting a thickness of the oil film formed on the surface of the roller, and a density measuring part(80) for measuring density of developing solution by irradiating light to the oil film and detecting light passing the oil film.
