PURPOSE:To set a temperature fuse between terminals of a screwing type terminal block and also to prevent a spread damage of smoking, firing or the like from an air conditioner by connecting lead wires to the temperature fuse and by covering the connected parts and the main body of the temperature fuse with a tube. CONSTITUTION:Lead wires 2 and 3 are connected to an axial type temperature fuse 1 by sleeves 4 and 5 and connected parts and the axial type temperature fuse 1 are the covered with an insulating tube 6. Next, the axial type temperature fuse 1 is held in a screwing type terminal block by the lead wires 2 and 3 and the lead wires 2 and 3 are fixed by resin bands so that the temperature fuse 1 be fitted at a prescribed position between terminals. According to this constitution, the temperature fuse for detecting the temperature of heating due to a fault of connection of a wire can be fitted between the terminals of the screwing type terminal block having no structure for installation of the temperature fuse. |
