PURPOSE:To provide a control method which can adjust a set temperature for an automatic switching operation between cooling and heating depending on an environment or using condition. CONSTITUTION:For the control of an automatic operation for which a cooling and heating are automatically switched, a temperature setting means (a remote control 1, control unit 3, etc.,) as a reference temperature by which the operation is switched to a cooling or heating, and a temperature adjusting means (the remote control 1) to change a temperature which is set by the previously mentioned temperature setting means by a specified temperature are provided. Then, a room temperature control temperature at the time of cooling and a room temperature control temperature at the time of heating are temperature- controlled on the basis of a temperature which is determined by a set temperature by the previously mentioned temperature setting means and an adjusting temperature by the previously mentioned temperature adjusting means.
