PURPOSE:To provide such a treating liquid for planographic printing that can decrease the contamination of the base and improve printing durability without decreasing the ink accepting property by using such a treating liquid for planographic printing plate containing a water-soluble polymer after a planographic printing plate is developed by using a silver complex salt diffusion transfer method. CONSTITUTION:The treating liquid for a planographic printing plate is to be used for a planographic printing plate after developed by using a silver complex salt diffusion transfer method and the treating liquid contains a water-soluble polymer expressed by formula. In formula, R<1>-R<3> are same or different and are hydrogen atoms or lower alkyl groups, A is a substd. amino group, l, m, n represent mol% and 0-97, 1-95, 1-60, respectively, and the weight average mol.wt. of the polymer is about 1000 to about 200000. |
