INTEGRATED CIRCUIT WITH PROCESSOR

PURPOSE: To provide an integrated circuit with microprocessor, the buses of which are divided into a bus for only transmitting addresses and another bus for transmitting both addresses and data so that the circuit can operate at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: An integrated circuit with a processor 100 for supplying addresses and data to an external element is provided with a first set of terminals for only supplying addresses to a first bus 101 and a second set of terminals for supplying both addresses and data to a second bus 102 in time- multiplexed state. The number of the second set of terminals is made equal to or larger than that of the first set of terminals and the integrated circuit is arranged in a package. The size of the package varies depending upon that of the integrated circuit, but is larger than the size required for realizing the terminal for only supplying addresses through a time-multiplexed address/data bus.
