<p>PURPOSE:To make the device operate more functionally by uttering a message corresponding to inputted numeric data at need. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with an incorporated microphone 25 for speech recording and a sound recording part 24 consisting of a microphone jack and its sound volume knob, an incorporated speaker 21 for speech reproduction and a reproduction part 22 which has an external speaker jack and its sound volume knob, a reproduction part 23 which has an earphone jack and its sound volume knob, a display part consisting of a liquid crystal display unit 37, etc., and a data input/output part 30 such as a key matrix switch 39. The message is edited with control instructions from the key matrix 39 and input/output connector part and the device operates by following an exclusively language-programmed procedure. This device is used to automatically read data vocally. Therefore, the data need not be read aloud by anybody and the operator devotes himself to other operations while hearing the data which are automatically read vocally.</p> |
