<p>PURPOSE: To improve the reliability of fuse blowing by supplying sufficient current for several tens of milliseconds after fuse blowing, which is caused by voltage. CONSTITUTION: High potential is applied to a voltage source Vpp where a fuse is blown, only when a fuse blowing control signal FB rises. When the potential of the control signal F rises, a transistor T4 is turned off, and a transistor T1 is turned on. High voltage is applied to a node A1 and a current is made to flow in a fuse F. When the fuse blows, the potential Vpp drops suddenly, and the potential of the node A1 drops to a lower value. A transistor T2 is turned on, and current added in the fuse is supplied until the control signal FB falls.</p> |
