<p>PURPOSE: To provide a single inline memory module for improving the characteristics of input signal by supplying the input signal which is stabilized by removing higher harmonic wave noises. CONSTITUTION: This single inline memory module comprises a printed circuit board 10, having a memory cell mounting region 11 formed so as to mount signal memory cells, an external connecting terminal 12 to be mounted on the printed circuit board 10, and plural capacitors 13 for input noise prevention which is coupled to a signal line for linking the external connecting terminal 12 with plural memory cells. When supplying the input signals through these capacitors 13 for input noise prevention for the respective memory cells, the capacitor 13 for input noise prevention is functioned as a low-pass filter, by constituting an RC integration circuit in the manner of equivalent circuit, together with a resistance which is generated on the input signal line, so that the input noise of higher harmonic wave component inputted through the input signal line can be removed. Thus, a stable input signal can be supplied, and the input noise can be effectively prevented.</p> |
