PURPOSE:To eliminate an area occupied by a drive circuit on a printed circuit board by using a switching element and an intelligent power module incorporating its drive circuit. CONSTITUTION:The controlling device for driving servomotors is provided with a heat sink 16 where a mounting hole 20 is machined, a bridge diode module 17 for the power supply of an inverter fixed to the heat sink, and two intelligent power modules 18 and 19. Also, a printed circuit board 22 where the conductive path of the bridge diode module for power supply, the control lines of two intelligent power modules, and the power line to the servomotor are formed, current detectors 23-26 of servomotor which are fixed on the component-packaging surface of the printed circuit board, an electrolytic capacitor 27 for the power supply of inverter, capacitors 28 and 29 for preventing noise, and a resistor 30 for regenerative discharge which is fixed to the heat sink via a heat-insulating material 3 are provided. Then, two servomotors are controlled simultaneously. |
