PURPOSE:To improve a generalizing ability with respect to the deformation of a shift by detecting the shifted amount of an inputted body to be recognized from an optical axis, moving the body on the optical axis, and sending the body into a recognizing means. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is constituted of such means as an image photographing means 1 inputting the information of an inputted body as the image, a body-position detecting means 2 detecting the position of the inputted body, a moving means 3 moving the means 1 from the position of the body obtained with the means 2 and moving the body on an optical axis, and a recognizing means 4 receiving the information of the body, which is moved on the optical axis by the means 3 and recognizing the information. The position of the inputted body to be recognized is detected. The means 3 is moved based on the obtained information. The information of the body to bee recognized is moved on the optical axis and sent to the means 4. Namely, even if the position of the body is located at any position on an input screen, the same information can be sent to the means 4. Therefore, the improvement of generalizing ability with regard to the deformation of a shift can be realized without the missing of the information. |
