PURPOSE:To provide the excessive output proof circuit which is miniaturized and light in weight and unnecessitates power. CONSTITUTION:Normally, a superconducting material 6 is kept in a superconducting state, repulsive force is generated by a Meissner effect at a gap to a magnetic substance 10, a blocking board 8 is pushed up, and RF is passed. When RF power too strong to keep the superconducting state is impressed, the repulsive force pushing up the blocking board 8 vanishes, the blocking board 8 is pulled down by a spring 16, an internal part 9 of a waveguide 2 is cut off, and excessive power is prevented from being outputted. |
