CONSTITUTION:A reserved content representation section 43 representing a reserved content and a transaction content representation section 44 representing the transaction content on a front side 41a of a card 41 are provided to the system and a magnetic stripe 45 is formed to a rear side 41b and the reserved content is represented on the representing section 43. Furthermore, a transaction content is represented to the representation section 44 after a money card is issued and monetary amount data are written on the magnetic stripe 45. |
