PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable capacity double tube capable of preventing condensation in case of flowing inflow air or discharge air into an inner tube or a vacancy of the tube by eliminating the buildup of humid air and mist in the inner tube or the vacancy of the tube. SOLUTION: A plurality of ribs are formed between an outer tube 11 and an inner tube 12 of a variable capacity double tube 10, and the vacancy is maintained between the tube 11 and the tube 12. The tube 12 is made to be able to expand or contract. The tube 12 expands or contracts responding to the pressure difference between the inside of the tube 12 and the inside of the vacancy 15 and the capacity of the tube 12 and the vacancy 15 is variable. Laying out the tube 10 between an air cylinder and a directional control valve can prevent the forming of the condensation.
