PURPOSE:To obtain a high amenity stably by a simple device constitution by providing an adjusting means to adjust a specific environmental value which is one of plural kinds of environmental values, and a control means to control the adjusting means so that an operated amenity index may reach a target value based on an operation result of an operation means. CONSTITUTION:An operation unit 13b of an integrated sensor 13 is equipped with a function to operate a relative humidity psi of an objective room 1 based on a temperature (ta) detected by a detecting part 13a and a steam partial pressure (Pa), in addition to a function to operate PMV value alpha. These operation results are transmitted to a control device 15 to control the operation the operation control of an air conditioner 2. The control device 15 performs a temperature regulating operation to regulate the temperature (ta) of the objective room 1 so that the PMV value alpha may maintain a target value malpha, and then, performs a temperature regulating/humidity regulating operation to regulate the temperature (ta) and relative humidity psi of the objective room 1 so that the relative humidity psi may reach a set target value mpsi, and the PMV value alpha may be maintained at the target value malpha. By this method, a high amenity can be stably obtained.
