PURPOSE:To shorten a term of works by a method wherein the inner wall surface of a pool or a water tank is coated with a primer prepared by mixing ethyl acetate in a silane precoating matrial and then coated with resin consisting of one or two kinds or more of epoxy, acryl, urethane, and polyester. CONSTITUTION:An foreign matter adhered on the surface of a bottom plate 1 of an indoor pool for a swimming race built by using a stainless steel plate is removed and cleaned. Thereafter, the surface of the bottom plate 1, a side plate 2, and draining part 3 are wiped off by means of a mop and a cloth piece impregnated with a cleaning agent to effect a degreasing work. Ethyl acetate is blended in a silane precoaing material in a ratio of 1:5 to prepare a primer A. Immediately after the primer is degreased, film with a thickness of approximate 15-20mum is formed the surface of the bottom plate 1, the side plate 2, and the draining part 3 by means of a brush and a roller or through spraying. After a lapse of approximate one hour, drying of the primer A is confirmed and urethane top coat B is applied. Further, after the top coat B is cured, ultraviolet ray absorbing paint C is applied and immdiately after curing, hot water is fed. |
