PURPOSE:To achieve an improved bonding strength between an unvulcanized rubber component and an at least partially vulcanized rubber component. CONSTITUTION:This method for improving the bonding strength is to select two unvulcanized rubber components for producing an unvulcanized rubber article, treat either of the components under conditions for achieving a lower cross-linking density gradient than the cross-linking concentration in the surface, apply the other rubber component to the surface and simultaneously vulcanize the respective components. In this method, at least either of both the components contains a cross-linking agent. |
