PURPOSE:To reduce the wt. of an interior material for a car. CONSTITUTION:A heating foaming agent 2 is held between two plate-shaped thermoplastic resin materials 1 and two materials 1 are heated in a superposed state to be molded along a prepared mold and the molded one is cooled to room temp. By this method, the inner layer is foamed to obtain a lightweight interior material rich in stress resistance and enhanced in heating insulating properties.
