PURPOSE:To provide an automatic machine for producing pressed SUSHI (fish on vinegared rice) capable of pressing SUSHI in the same manner as operation by a hand, producing a large amount of pressed SUSHI, and capable of readily being cleaned. CONSTITUTION:A mold is equipped with a required number of storage holes at given intervals and the storage holes are detachably provided with plates. A main body of this production machine consists of a plate-like stand having a flat top, a transporting means for intermittently sending the mold at the same conveying pitch as the intervals of the mutual storage holes, a hopper, mechanism for cutting out fixed amounts, pressing mechanism for pressurizing and forming ingredients for SUSHI, inverting mechanism for turning the mold upside-down, taking in and out mechanism for putting in and out the mold, pushing mechanism for pushing out SUSHI in the mold and cleaning mechanism for washing the peripheral surface of the storage holes. The pressing mechanism is composed of three vertically movable jigs and these jigs are constituted of a central part pressing jig having roundness at the tip in the transporting direction of the mold, an edge part pressing jig having a flat tip and a pressing jig an with a flat tip having length longer than that of the edge part pressing jig. |
