CONSTITUTION:A tire T forms mutually independent filments 7 through sipings 5 by forming the sipings 5 on the tread part 1. The filaments 7 are different in height, and form a rugged wheel print surface 7A of 0.3-1.0mm in ruggedness in the direction across the longitudinal direction of the sipings 5.
