PRODUCTION OF METALLIC POWDER AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND MOLDING METHOD BY METALLIC POWDER

PURPOSE:To provide the products which promote the improvement of working environment while considering the recycling as the first prinsiple and the products are inexpensive and novel by adopting the production equipment and production process which cannot heretofore be achieved with the conventional method for production or synthetic resin molding while contemplating recycling of working scrap of castings. CONSTITUTION:The working scrap of castings which is almost in a rough particle state is pulverized to metallic powder by using a pulverizing machine consisting of natural stone. A raw material compsn. is composed of >=70% such base raw material and <=30% curable material such as synthetic resin. Molding operations with this compsn. in an ordinary temp. atmosphere are made possible and the products which are beyond the category of the conventional castings and plastics are thus produced.
