摘要 |
PURPOSE:To prevent a cooling pipe for a fine particulate dispersion of a thermoplastic resin from being clogged with a gelatinous aggregate. CONSTITUTION:This method for continuously converting a thermoplastic resin into fine particles is to mix 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin with 30-1500 pts.wt. water and 1-300 pts.wt. ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer at a temperature not lower than the melting point of the thermoplastic resin and then cool the resultant mixture. In this method, the ethylene oxide-propylene oxide copolymer and polyethylene glycol are added. Thereby, the clogging of a cooling pipe which has heretofore frequently occurred can be prevented from occurring to stably produce truly spherical fine particles. |
