PURPOSE: To provide a mold for a multilayered annular blown film capable of simply altering a layered structure and the number of layers. CONSTITUTION: A mold 40 is equipped with substantially the same supply modules 60 and all of the axial passages having similar function of the modules are arranged at the same distance from an axial center line and separated at a common angular interval. The alteration of the number of layers is achieved by changing the number of the supply modules 60 and a layered structure can be altered by changing the positions of the supply modules 60 in a circumferential direction. A resin stream is substantially turned outwardly in a radius direction from the center line of the mold 40 to an emitting pressure gap 78 and the supply of a resin is performed at common height in a mold base 41.
