PURPOSE:To eliminate the generation of defective products in a welding automated production line of a frame of automobile seats. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a welding jig 2 to support a tube frame 3 into a prescribed position with a prescribed attitude, fixing tools 9, 9' to hold plural numbers of brackets 4 and reinforcing bars 5 respectively pressing to this supported tube frame 3, limit switches 13 to detect all the confirmation of fixing actions of these fixing tools 9, 9', and a display 16 to confirm at a glance the arrangement and the action state of each limit switch 13 with lighting on of lamps 15. Further, even when only one of lamps 15 on the display 16 is not lighted on, the automated welding machine 2 is made so that is does not act. |
