PURPOSE:To simply brush teeth without using rinsing water by applying a pasty food, comprising a substance having no harm to human body in taking from the mouth, to a toothbrush, brushing the teeth, spitting the mixture in the mouth out into tissue paper, wiping the mouth. CONSTITUTION:A pasty food (e.g. starch), comprising a substance having no harm to human body in taking from the mouth, is applied to a toothbrush and teeth are brushed with the toothbrush. During or after brushing the teeth, saliva with a smell existing in the mouth before the brushing the teeth, an attached material scraped away from the teeth as the result of the brushing the teeth and a mixture of the saliva secreted during the brushing the teeth and the pasty food is spitted out in the tissue paper, blotting paper, fabric, nonwoven fabric, or napkin having highly water absorption properties and the mouth is wiped to simply brush teeth without using rinsing water in a sickbed or a vehicle with no drain facilities. |
