PURPOSE: To provide a line for automatically preparing food set-up in a large scale, by which continuous paper webs are carried through food slicer means and the paper webs are cut after forming set-up where sliced food is laminated so as to be packed. CONSTITUTION: In a mechanized system for automatically preparing food set-up, continuous paper sheets 13 are supplied from a paper feeding means 12 and the paper sheets 13 are supplied to a conveyor assembly 14 so as to be put through the plural slicer means 16-23 which successively provide sliced food. Then, a first sliced food layer at an interval in a horizontal direction is placed in a first horizontal plane on the paper sheet 13 by a first slicer means 16, the second slicer means 18 is positioned in its downstream and the second sliced food is placed in the horizontal plane. Thus, the set-up of the two or more than two laminated layers consisting of sliced food at an interval in the horizontal direction is successively formed, a cutting machine/packing machine station cuts the paper sheets 13 so as to execute packing and, then, the set-up of food is prepared. |
