RACKET FRAME AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To provide the racket frame for a racket with which the goodness of vibration attenuation characteristics and highness of strength are adjustable to meet the requirements for the racket and the method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION:This racket frame F is molded of an internal constituting body 10 which is formed of a hollow or lightweight member at least in its core part and a plastic of a small thickness reinforced with fibers around this core part and an external constituting body 20 which is formed to a thin layer by injection molding the plastic reinforced with fibers around this internal constituting body 10. The internal constituting body 10 is formed of a thermoplastic resin reinforced with long fiber and the external constituting body 20 is formed of a thermoplastic resin reinforced with short fibers.
