<p>PURPOSE:To effectively perform waste water treatment and also to cope with the change in the quality of water by bringing water soluble gel lumps of non- fluidity to which microorganisms having the power to treat waste water have been transplanted into contact with waste water to reproduce the microorganisms and also discharging waste water. CONSTITUTION:Waste water in a raw water tank 1 is first rid of coarse floating materials by a screen 2 before it is fed into an organic matter nutrition microorganism tank 3, where high molecular organic matter is decomposed to perform microorganism treatment. Next, the waste water is fed, through a measuring tank 4, into a waste water treatment tank 5, where water soluble gel lumps 8 are provided for sludge in the waste treatment tank 5 to promote the multiplication of the microorganisms, allowing them to enter flocs of sludge, permitting the adsorbed organic matter to be effectively given biological decomposition. Successively, the sludge is fed into a sludge sedimentation tank 6, where a lot of microorganisms are precipitated as sludge and removed, and the supernatant is discharged. The sludge accumulated in the sludge sedimentation tank 6 is returned to the waste water treatment tank 5 by a pump 9, or it is stored as discharged sludge in a sludge storage tank 7.</p> |
