PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a plastic film molded form in which a thickness of an unnecessary part to be later removed when the form is manufactured by a slush molding method can be reduced, and decreases in physical properties of the thin part due to half-baking can be prevented. CONSTITUTION:When a slush mold 20 having mold surfaces of a product molding surface 22 and an unnecessary part molding surface 24 is heated and thermoplastic powder 50 is brought into contact with the surfaces to adhere the powder to the surfaces in a layer state, a heating amount of the surface 24 is reduced smaller than that of the surface 22. Thereafter, the powder which is not adhered to the surfaces is discharged from the mold 20, the powder adhered to the surfaces 22, 24 is further heated to form a melted plastic film. Then, the film is cooled to form a plastic film molded form on the surface, and removed from the molds. |
