PURPOSE:To provide a method and apparatus for manufactuing injection molded product wherein a removal of a weld, which is a cause of generation of a strength deteriorated part, is made possible. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical resin reservoir 26 which is in parallel with an axial line of a cavity 19 is formed on a position facing on a gate 21 of the lower part of divided outer molds 17, 18 through a long hole communication path 25. Then a valve guide hole 27 is formed in almost an intermediate part of the communication path 25 and a cylindrical valve shaft 28 is fitted turnably freely into the valve guide hole 27. In the valve shaft 28, since a section of a part where it is piled up with the communication path 25 is in a semicircular state and turned by an electric motor. |
