PURPOSE:To provide a solid standard model, which judges the grade of seam puckering related to the stitched wrinkle formed in the vicinity of the seam of a stitched product. CONSTITUTION:The undulating amount of a stitched sample in test stitching caused by seal puckering is measured with non-contact type surface-displacement measuring device. The data are latched into a computer, and the data are processed in the computer (steps 1-3). Based on the result, a master pattern is manufactured by the three-dimensional optical polymerization of liquid resin with ultraviolet rays or laser or mechanical cutting of a block made of material whose cutting is easy (step 4). A molding die for resin and the like is manufactured from the master pattern by transfer technology (step 5). The solid standard model for judging seam puckering is manufactured by molding by using the molding die (step 6). |
