PURPOSE:To provide a resin base free from generation of a warp, by making a cooling rate of resin constant. CONSTITUTION:In a vacuum injection molding device which is provided with a stationary mold 10, a movable mold 40, an injection machine 80 supplying resin to a cavity constituted of the two molds 10, 40 and a deaerating mechanism deaerating the cavity and the cavity is opened by a microscopic quantity when at least a fixed quantity of the resin is cast into the mold, the vacuum injection molding device possesses a quantity of opening measuring mechanism 60 measuring a quantity of opening of a quantity of microscopic change of the cavity and a quantity of resin adjusting mechanism 70 adjusting the quantity of the resin to be supplied to the cavity through the injection machine 80 so that the quantity of the opening becomes a desirous opening width. Therefore, since the cavity is filled with the resin and a cooling rate of the resin becomes constant, an optical recording medium base free from a distortion can be provided. |
