PURPOSE:To take out liquid in a sealed container without pulsation and remainder by a method wherein a turning device which is mounted on a valve inner cylinder of a valve opens and closes a liquid passage and an air passage simultaneously to allow them to communicate with the inside of time container. CONSTITUTION:A valve inner cylinder 3 is turned by a turning device 6 to allow large diameter liquid passages 11-13 and small diameter air passages 21-23 that are formed by the valve inner cylinder 3 and a valve outer cylinder 4 to communicate with an inside 9 of a sealed container 5 and an outside air 10. When the sealed container 5 is tilted, liquid flows out from a liquid outlet 13 after passing through the liquid outlet 11 and the liquid passage 12. An amount of the outside air 10 corresponding to the amount of liquid discharged flows into the inside 9 of the sealed container 5 from the air intake 21 through the air passage 22 and the air outlet 23. Therefore, a pulsation phenomenon caused by an outflow of the liquid does not occur. As the valve outer cylinder 4 is screwed in a cover 51 of the sealed container 5, the upper face of the liquid inlet 11 can be leveled with the inner face of the cover 51. As a result, the whole amount of the liquid in the sealed container 5 can be taken out. |
