PURPOSE:To obtain long strips of noodles useful for instant nonfried noodles, etc., being made into edible noodles by hermetically sealing pregelatinized dried keepable noodles and water in waterproof bags, separately, hydrating and swelling the keepable noodles and only by immersing the keepable noodles in hot water in a short time. CONSTITUTION:Pregelatinized dried keepable noodles 1 and water 2 are hermetically sealed in waterproof bags 3 separately and the keepable noodles 1 are hydrated and swollen preferably during shipment to give the objective long stripes of noodles. |
