PURPOSE:To provide a method and an apparatus for manufacturing easily a small-sized, high-performance laminated ceramic part by using a ceramic sheet with a specified thickness and to contribute to the further downsizing of the part by improving the lamination precision of the ceramic sheet. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic sheet 2 is formed on a carrier film 1, and a conductor pattern which is to be an internal electrode is made by printing. The ceramic sheet 2, kept in a sucked state by a sucking means 7, is cut by a cutting means 8. With the ceramic sheet 2 sucked and with the carrier film 1 supported by the support 11a for stripping of a support means 11, the carrier film 1 is pulled in the direction of pressing the support 11a for stripping to strip off the ceramic sheet 2 from the carrier film 1. More than one ceramic sheet 2 is laminated; a ceramic laminate is formed by hot-pressing the laminate with a hot press means 10. |
