PURPOSE:To facilitate the loading of cargoes on an elevating floor by lowering the elevating floor to the floor level. CONSTITUTION:Evacution spaces A, B are secured around front wheels 31 and rear wheels 32 so that the front wheels 31 and the rear wheels 32 are positioned relatively higher than the lower surface of the floor plate body 12. A manual hydraulic pump 35 is provided so that the rear wheel side of the floor plate body 12 is vertically moved and the rear wheels 32 are stored in the evacuation space B when the rear wheel side of the floor plate body 12 is lowered. A front wheel vertical moving mechanism 40 to support the front wheels 31 in both the carrying condition where the front wheels 31 are positioned relatively lower than the lower surface of the floor plate body 12 and the wheel-storing condition where the front wheels are positioned relatively higher than the lower surface of the floor plate body and are stored in the evacuation space A as the manual hydraulic pump 35 is operated, is provided.
