PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently squeeze materials with simple operation while keeping a hand lever at an optimum angle depending on the sizes of the materials. SOLUTION: This hand juicer 10 comprises a squeezer 13 inserted inside a bucket 12. The hand lever 15 is mounted at the upper end of the bucket 12. An arm 17 is oscillatingly mounted on the way of the hand lever 15. A guide member 20 (supporting shaft change-over means) is provided at the upper end of the bucket 12. A vertical groove R extends in the direction of the height of the guide member 20 and lateral grooves S1, S2, S3 are formed in the lower end, middle and upper end of the vertical groove R for supporting a supporting shaft P of the hand lever 15.
