PURPOSE:To constantly control the rotation of a gear pump connected to the extrusion side of a biaxial extruder, always constantly hold the filling degree of a peelable food in the biaxial extruder, and constantly maintain the extrusion amount and the extrusion pressure of the biaxial extruder, in the peelable food-producing device using the biaxial extruder. CONSTITUTION:The characteristic of this peelable food-producing device comprises disposing weight detectors 9 and 12 on a slurry feeder 5 for feeding a main raw material and on a screw feeder 6 for feeding an auxiliary raw material, respectively, so as to measure the practical feeding amounts of the raw materials from the lowering in the total weight of the raw materials, variably controlling the rotation of a screw 3 so that the extrusion pressure of the biaxial extruder is always constant, and controlling the raw material-feeding amounts of the slurry feeder 5 and the screw feeder 6 by comparing a really fed raw material amount measured from the detection values of the weight detectors 9, 12 with a required raw material feeding amount computed on the basis of the extrusion pressure of the biaxial extruder, thus constantly holding the filling degree of the raw materials in the biaxial extruder and always constantly controlling the extrusion pressure and extrusion amount of the biaxial extruder. |
