PURPOSE:To correct a floor position in a high responsiveness by moving a fixed end of a chain or rope so as to correct the floor position of a car, in an elevator for operating moving the car controlled by using the chain, sprocket, etc. CONSTITUTION:A floor 1 of a car is supported through a rope 4 by a pulley 3 rotatably supported to a top part of a plunger 2a, and it is lifted by controlling supplying/discharging pressure oil to/from a cylinder 2 from a hydraulic power unit 6. In a hydraulic elevator thus obtained, a floor position correcting cylinder 5 having a sectional area almost equal to the cylinder 2 is provided, and this cylinder is set up so that a rope fixed end in an opposite side to the car of the rope can be moved. This correcting cylinder 5 is controlled to be driven by a driving circuit comprising a pressure accumulator 7, solenoid switching valves 8a, 8b for controlling displacement of the cylinder 5, solenoid switching valve 8c for supplying operating oil of pressure equal to the pressure applied to the cylinder 2 to the accumulator 7, etc. |
