PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing an extract or extract powder of a mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum Karst. in which the destruction of pharmacodynamically effective and nutritious ingredients such as vitamins or minerals contained in the mycelium of the Ganoderma lucidum Karst. can be reduced and the production means is extremely simple. CONSTITUTION:This method for producing extract powder of a mycelium of Ganoderma lucidum Karst. is to inoculate Ganoderma lucidum Karst. into a solid culture medium using chaff as a raw material, proliferate the mycelium of the Ganoderma lucidum Karst., simultaneously untye a bunch of a solid culture medium containing the mycelium of the Ganoderma lucidum Karst., add warm water at 50-55 deg.C thereto, stir the resultant mixture, further add a cellulolytic agent, stir the prepared mixture, further filter the dissolved mycelium of the Ganoderma lucidum Karst., provide an extract thereof, then add beta- cyclodextrin in the resultant extract separated from the mycelium of the Ganoderma lucidum Karst., mix and stir the prepared mixture, dry the obtained mixture in a vacuum freezing dryer, pulverize and powder the dried mixture. |
