PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a very important data in a host computer unit from a hacker. SOLUTION: An ID and password receiving means 11 receives an ID and a password on line. An ID and password checking means 12 checks whether the received ID and the received password are correct or not. An access checking means 13 checks an access condition such as an access area and an access time. A manager calling and confirming means 15 calls a preliminarily prepared manager's cellular phone 2 when an access object is a predetermined important database though the access condition is correct, confirms finally whether the access to the database is to be authorized or not, and conducts processing for the access to the database when the access is authorized. |
