PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part storing package superior in airtight reliability without producing peeling on a metalized sealing layer and without producing cracks on the insulation board. SOLUTION: In the electronic part storing package comprising an insulation board 1 having a mounting part 1a mounting electronic parts 3 on the upper face and the frame-like metalized sealing layer 6 fixed so as to surround the mounting part 1a and a metal cover body 2 comprising iron-nickel alloy or iron-nickel-cobalt alloy jointed by seam welding with a brazing material 7 on the metalized sealing layer 6, the thickness of the metal cover body 2 is 50-80μm and the thickness of the brazing material 7 is 30-50μm. |
