Disclosed are lipopeptides with homologal sequencies of amino acids but with different residuals of fatty acids (lipidic part) of general formula (I), wherein R1 is residual one or more times of unsaturated, saturated or independently branched or unbranched fatty acid or hydroxy fatty acid with the length of chain of C6-22 including, which are synthetized during fermentation by bacteria Actionplanes sp. and secreted into the cultivator medium, methods for preparation of these lipopeptides, medicaments containing them and use of these lipopeptides for preparation of antibiotics against gram-positive bacteria. Disclosed are also bacteria Actionplanes sp. DSM 7358 which produce the said lipopeptides.
