Pressure regulator for fuel injection systems

The pressure regulator is to be suitable for arrangement in a fuel pump. The pressure regulator (10) has a metal bellows (11), which is connected at one end to a retaining ring (13) and at the other end to a disc (16). A component (21), which carries a valve closing element (25) of a seat valve (28), the valve seat (29) of which surrounds an outlet bore (17) of the plate (16), is screwed into the retaining ring (13). The inside of the bellows is connected by a passage (32) of the component (21) to the pressure side, by the outlet bore (17) of the disc (16) to the suction side of the fuel pump.
