A high-protein high-viscosity alimentary food composition comprising, on a dry weight basis, 40 to 65 wt % of protein, 5 to 25 wt % of fat and 15 to 40 wt % of carbohydrate, and having a viscosity ranging from 500 SIMILAR 3,000 cP as determined at 30 DEG C with a Brookfield viscometer and an amino acid score of 80 or above with a 2- to 5-year-old child as a reference standard.
