The present invention related to a discharge device without arc generation during when the circuit is open/closed, wherein a discharge circuit comprising of contacts and thyratrons is conducted by a instantaneous voltage formed by the open/closed procedure. The device is simple in structure, in low cost and reliable. It is widely useful in a contactor, breaker, starter, relay, controller and other AC electrical devices.
