RECEPTION CONTROLLER AND ITS NEW CONNECTION RECEPTION CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception controller that can ensure communication quality that is a requirement of a terminal requesting a new connection without deteriorating the utilizing efficiency of a wireless resource such as a communication channel and sacrificing the communication quality of the terminal under the connection. SOLUTION: A connection request reception section 301 receives a connection request signal and a communication quality requirement sent from a new terminal/session requesting a new connection and a requirement quality storage section 303 stores request communication quality of all terminals/sessions under the connection. A connection request reception decision section 304 totalizes the communication quality requirements of the terminals/sessions under the connection stored in the requirement quality storage section 303, calculates the performable communication quality from the total sum and compares the calculated performable communication quality with the new communication quality requirement. The reception controller permits the connection when the calculated performable communication quality is higher than the new communication quality requirement as the result of comparison.
