<p>Device for absorbing vibrations and noise produced in a hydraulic system, of the type comprising at least one casing (15, 16, 26, 41) of a flexible material, which encloses an air pocket (17, 18, 27, 40) and is placed in contact with the water contained in the hydraulic system, said casing (15, 16, 26, 41) being located in a diverted space (19, 20, 29, 45, 59) communicating with the spaces through which the water flows, but wherein the water does not flow significantly through said space, so that the casing is not directly touched by the waterflow and is thus not subjected to its dynamic effects. The casing may have various shapes, particularly a substantially cylindrical shape (15, 16, 26), or it may be shaped as a capsule (41). The diverted space in which the casing is arranged may be connected to a hydraulic circuit through one of its ends or through holes or channels of a dividing unit. Since it is not directly biassed by the water-flow, the casing (15, 16, 26, 41) may in any case comprise very thin sections and provide a particularly efficient absorbing effect without being subjected to damage. The device may also be installed in apparatus with highly restricted space.</p> |
