A rotary dibber drill 10 includes venturi devices 20 and 34 to transfer seed and fertiliser granules from a presentation assembly to a pneumatically activated dibber wheel 49. A rotary face valve (86 fig 3 not shown) controls the radial movement of the dibber elements in wheel 49. <IMAGE>
